How to return an item:
Call or email us at 303-646-0755 / email@example.com and let us know why you want to return your item. We'll give you additional information after that.
*Personalized items will not be eligible for return, unless we make an error on the order
*If you receive an item that has a defect, please let us know
*Items MUST be unwashed and unworn to qualify for a return. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smells, deodorant, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.
*Merchandise may be returned or exchanged only within 14 days of delivery. Refund is applied for the item only, not shipping and handling since that service was used.
*Please include original invoice when returning
*Each item is custom made and prints may vary slightly. Colors may vary due to photographs, lighting and computer resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.
*If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then you will be responsible to pay return shipping charge of $7. We will hold non-returnable items for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
*We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care, washing or handling, or incorrect sizing.
